Yes, and it always will be. Trainees never pay Teshape. Coaches subscribe to use the platform; clients use the app for free, whether they connect with a coach or use the product on their own.

It doesn’t, and that’s deliberate. Your coaching fee goes directly between you and your client (bank transfer, cash, or whatever they use). We charge coaches a monthly subscription to use the platform. That’s the only money that flows through Teshape.
Yes. The mobile app caches today’s session and the last 30 days of plans, messages, and progress. Log a session in a basement gym with no signal, it syncs the moment you’re back online.
Plan drafts, exercise substitutions, meal suggestions, and weekly summary recaps. AI generation is a paid-tier feature. Pro includes 100+ generations a month and Elite is unlimited; Free is for hands-on, manual building.
