The questions we get most often. Skim these first, the answer might already be here.

  • Most messages get a reply within 4 working hours, Mon–Fri. Weekend messages land first thing Monday. If you’re a member and it’s urgent, the in-app Settings → Help queue is faster.

  • Pick “Coach” in the form and tell us about your practice. You can also start a free workspace right now from the pricing page and we’ll be in touch to verify.

  • Pro’s slider goes up to 100 active clients. Past that, Elite gives you unlimited clients for one flat price ($149/mo), everything in Pro, you never pay more as you grow.

  • Fastest path: the form with “Billing” topic, or email support@teshape.com. Include the email tied to your account. We never need card details.

  • The app syncs natively with Apple Health, Health Connect, Google Calendar, Garmin, Whoop, and Strava. A public API is on the roadmap. For custom integrations now, pick the “Partnerships” topic.

  • Often, yes. Pick “Careers”, attach a portfolio or CV, and tell us what you’d love to work on. Even when no role is open, we keep great applications on file.
