- Teshape is a coaching app for personal trainers and the people they train. It has two portals (coach and trainee) inside one app, with shared context. Coaches plan, message, and check in. Trainees train, log, and reply.
- Coaches running a hybrid or online practice. Trainees who want a real coach without the spreadsheet-and-WhatsApp chaos. We're not for boutique studios that need point-of-sale and class booking. That's a different category.
- Yes, forever. Free supports 2 active clients with the full feature set. No card, no trial expiry. Most coaches outgrow it as they add their third client and upgrade to Pro (from $29.99/mo).
